How do you accrue pension?

The contribution for your pension is paid each month. In essence, the contribution is the price of your pension. Your employer deducts the pension contribution from your salary every month. Your salary slip shows the exact amount that you pay. Your employer may also contribute to your pension. Your employer’s contribution may not be shown on your payslip. Check with your employer whether and/or how much they contribute to your pension.
